The creek was dried up, but it was still a great trail. I walked not biked. Love the nature sounds. Walked about 3.5 miles and it was all in shade
This is my backyard. Stop throwing trash in it. If you hear a peacock.. it is me doing my best impression.
Also there are packs of coyotes that make reassuring sounds at night. Do not suggest after dark ss it is pitch black with the tree coverage. Awesome experience though.
Nice running trail. I've done the Stanky Creek 50K here several times and it's a great mix of flat and hills. Lots of bikers use these trails.
I love to do grounding in this park, the trails are very well kept and it is just amazing to have a wooded area in the middle of the city
Decent trails, mostly well-marked. No remarkable scenery, but it's a nice woods. It does smell a bit of sewage at a couple of places.
Had such a good time here! So much natural plants and mosses. Hidden gem for sure.
Yellow Trail Bridge is Out
Blue trail is in great condition and very well marked. I enjoy running the Blue Trail, and it seems like it's a good mountain bike trail. I went to try the Yellow Trail, but about a quarter of a mile from where the Blue Trail split off the bridge in the photo was impassable because of a tree that took out the middle.
Love these trails! Usually very few people here when I go.
Such a suburban treasure. Only 12 minutes from downtown, with about 12 miles of trails. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get in a dose of nature. Can't wait to check it out in spring!
Nice flowy trail with a couple jumps and drops. Nice treetop canopy to keep your ride cool.
